The institutional work of the Bank focuses on the achievement of its general strategic objective, which is to serve its customers, depositors, investors, suppliers, and employees in an excellent manner; and in turn, to stand out in the country and in the communities in which it operates, as a corporate model citizen. More specifically, our institutional aim has been to generate increasing returns on equity. This strategic guideline will direct our steps in the coming years. The specific objectives of the strategic plan of the Bank are as follows:
