Basic Requirements

• Must be 25 years old minimum and 65 years old maximum.
• Photocopy of ID.
• Fill in the knowing your client form.
• Photocopy of utilities bill.
• Complete the Authorization Form of the CIC.
• Income verification:
• • Salaried employees: copy of recent employer receipt with CCSS and salary certificate or income certification.
  • Non-salaried person: last 12 account statements of income (CPA not required) or CPA and the last 6 statements of income.
• Copy of the last account statement of the operations to be paid.

• Automatic payment from your account in Bank Cathay: The easiest of all options. You will sure always pay on time.
• Automatic payment from an account of yours in another bank: You can make your minimum payment or the total amount due of your credit card through a real time debit to your account with another bank at no cost.
• Payment through Virtual Cathay: Make your card payments from home or office with Virtual Cathay.
• Payment by wire transfer via SINPE directly to your credit card: Find the client account number of your credit card for each currency in your statement account. The payments are applied shortly.
