This is the reason why being ruled by the best and most transparent operating and administrative practices, Cathay Bank is managed by the Corporate Governance Code, which complies with the Corporate Governance Regulations as directed by the CONASSIF and which must apply to the entities regulated by the Superintendence.

REMUNERATION POLICY
The policy regarding the remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors establishes that they may charge the payment of a diet for each Board of Directors session they attend. The amount for this diet will be set by the General Shareholders Meeting and only they can establish any variations on such amount.
