The corporate governance of a company is the set of internal processes that provide direction and control, i.e. the structure of decision-making that impacts on the future of the organization.
Corporate Governance
Good corporate governance can be understood as the process that ensures decision-making aligned with the objectives of the company; where it is very important to determine which good governance practices will help achieve the strategic vision.
This is the reason why being ruled by the best and most transparent operating and administrative practices, Cathay Bank is managed by the Corporate Governance Code, which complies with the Corporate Governance Regulations as directed by the CONASSIF and which must apply to the entities regulated by the Superintendence.
