Mr. Jorge Walter Bolaños is the current President of the Board Directors of Banco Cathay de Costa Rica and other subsidiaries of Grupo de Finanzas Cathay and Treasurer of this same finance group. He serves as an independent director on each of them. Additionally, he holds the position of Director in other business enterprises in Costa Rica.

He was Director of the Central American Bank of Economic Integration (BCIE) until 2013 and Minister of Finance in the Government of Abel Pacheco de la Espriella in the period 2002-2003.

Mr. Bolaños holds a Master's Degree at INCAE with a specialization in Banking and Finance, and graduated from Business Administration at the University of Costa Rica.

Mr. Raymond Tang is Chairman of Cathay Finance Grupo and Vice President of the Board of Directors of Banco Cathay de Costa Rica。

He is an active member of the board of directors of the Costa Rican Airline Association and multiple other companies in different sectors.

Mr. Fernando Salgado is an Independent Director of Grupo de Finanzas Cathay, Banco Cathay and other companies in the Group in which he holds the position of Comtroller.

He has a degree in Law and has been a Legal Advisor in CAMBOLSA until 2003 y at INS Bancrédito up to 2006.

Additionally, he holds the position of Director in other companies commercially domiciled in the country.

Mr. Adrián Chinchilla is an Independent Director and Treasurer of Banco Cathay de Costa Rica and was the General Manager of Futura Development up to the year 2010.

He has a Degree in Economics, graduated with honors at the University of Los Andes, Bogota, Colombia.

He is also a Director in other companies commercially domiciled in the country.

Mr. Juan Carlos Hernández is an Independent Director of Banco Cathay de Costa Rica, and other subsidiaries of Grupo Financiero Cathay, where he holds the position of First Member of the Board and Consultant in the Corporate Group 3R and Clima Group.

He has an MBA Degree from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico and a Degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Central America.

Additionally, he served as Deputy General Manager at Constructora Sanchez Carvajal until 2010; as a Corporate Business Manager of Banco Improsa until 2006 and Deputy General Manager of Banco Internacional de Costa Rica until 2004.

He has participation as a Director in other companies commercially domiciled in the country.
